We do not guarantee job placement for candidates or hiring outcomes for clients unless specifically agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete job descriptions, requirements, and timelines.
  • Respond promptly to candidate submissions and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information shared.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful and accurate details in resumes, applications, and interviews.
  • Notify us immediately of any changes in employment status after engagement.
  • Maintain professionalism throughout the recruitment process.

6. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are agreed upon in writing before starting any project.
  • Payments are due as per the invoice terms.
  • Late payments may incur interest or penalties as per applicable laws.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all shared information, including client data, candidate details, and business processes. We will not disclose any information unless required by law or with written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, templates, and materials are the property of SkilledProfessionals India consulting.
  • Clients and candidates may use our materials only for the intended purpose.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Prohibited Activities

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use our platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or unethical recruitment practices.
